Layered Caramel Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding 

Sometimes you have a sweet craving that you just need to satisfy. Luckily, with this recipe, you can have your pudding and you protein too. 


  • 1 Premier Protein 11oz. caramel shake
  • 1 Premier Protein® 11oz. chocolate Shake
  • 6 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TSP unsweetened cocoa powder *optional

*yields five, 4.4oz servings


In a small, lidded bowl or jar, combine caramel shake with 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to make caramel pudding base.

Repeat step 1 using chocolate shake for chocolate base. Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder more more intense chocolate flavor, if desired.

Chill each pudding base in refrigerator for 18 to 24 hours, covered.

Layer thickened pudding into a dessert dish or glass and enjoy.
